Yuko and I drove down to the hotel. Amazingly all of the illnesses that I had have magically disappeared.

We had our orientation and I met all of the fellow riders. Everyone seems in good spirits and are ready to go.

Best news of the day - Tracy told us that some assistance will be offered to help us fix flats.

Worst news of the day - I voluntered to shave my head. Sorry - Yuko. I hope it grows back.
