London Calling

The snow that has been on the east coast has turned into rain on the west coast. Worst of all it rains on the weekends which does not allow longer rides. Soon the days will get longer and I will once again start riding to work.
I received a few photos from Harry. Peter is visiting Harry before joining Jack for his ride across Israel (or should I say race).
I wish Peter would have wore a robe when we roomed together during the bike trip.

Out of shape

It was supposed to rain today so I did not think I would be able to get out and ride. Much to my surprise (and delight ?) it did not so I decided to ride. As I was riding alone today I decided I would do a little hill climbing.

It was a little tougher than I thought it would be. My legs were fine, but I found myself a little out of breath.

I will try again tomorrow and see if I can do any better.

February Post

I have been riding, although not as much as I did last year. I think I am around 600 miles behind my riding schedule of last year. I would be in a state of panic if I were riding cross country this year as I would not have thought I had enough miles to date. It is hard to believe that all of the craziness of last year has turned into the normalcy of day to day life.
