As I usually do not drive to work, but bike I do not really pay much attention to my car odometer. However, below is either an interesting or crazy statistic:
Odometer reading on my 11 year old car 40,900
Last 3 years biked: 32,678
During 2011, I was able to ride 11,743 miles which was only 451 miles less than my personnel best in 2009.
I think I need a little more balance in my life as I believe I rode past Jim on the beach bike path two Thursday ago. It looked like Jim and I yelled "Jim" and he did respond, but did not stop, but that could have been too much time on the bike.

Congrats on some very impressive stats...By the end of 2012 you will have more miles on the bike than on the car - definitely something to brag about.
